Your money and your day, in one conversation.
Type it the way you'd say it. NIKSY records the spend, adds the task, ticks the habit and remembers the bill — then keeps the totals. No forms, no categories to pick, and it all runs on your phone.

Everything it does
More than an expense tracker.
NIKSY started with money, but a day isn't only money. One conversation handles the lot — and every one of these works without a connection.
Spending
Every transaction, categorised as you type it. Correct it once and it remembers — the learning stays on your phone.
Budgets & reports
Where the month actually went, by category. Computed on the device — nothing is uploaded to draw a chart.
Tasks
“call the plumber tomorrow” becomes a task with a date. What's due surfaces on the home screen.
Habits & streaks
Track what you're trying to do daily, and tick it off just by saying you did.
Goals
Saving for something? Set the target and NIKSY keeps your progress against it.
Bills & reminders
Rent, EMIs, SIPs and subscriptions — reminded before they're due, not after.
Bank SMS
Reads alerts from registered bank sender IDs only. The sender is checked before the message is opened, so texts from people are never read.
Payment notifications
UPI and bank app alerts become entries automatically. Messaging, social and email apps are refused outright.
Voice
Say it instead of typing, in any of the three languages. NIKSY never receives your audio — only the text.
Statement import
Import a bank PDF and it extracts the transactions on your phone — scrubbing account numbers, IFSC and UTR before saving.
Widgets & watch
Four home-screen widgets, including one you can talk to without opening the app. Wear OS too.
Encrypted backup
Optional, off until you turn it on. Encrypted on your phone, stored in your own Google Drive. A new phone needs your number and your Google account — no key to write down.
The architecture
It all happens on your phone.
Not a promise about our intentions — a property of how it's built. The database, the categorisation, the reports and the assistant itself all run on your device. Here is the split, in full.
Stays on your phone
Everything that matters
- Every transaction — amount, date, merchant, category, note
- Budgets, goals, bills, EMIs, cards, habits, tasks and reminders
- Everything you type or say to the assistant, and its replies
- The bank SMS and payment alerts NIKSY reads
- Your reports, insights and spending history
- Your corrections — everything you taught it
On our servers
A list short enough to check
- Your phone number, so you can sign in — there is no password
- Sessions, and the devices you're signed in on
- One key that protects your backup — it opens nothing on its own
- Crash reports and usage events, for fixing bugs
That's the whole list, and the Privacy Policy explains every line of it — including the parts that are less flattering.
NIKSY is not a bank. It never holds or moves your money, and nothing it shows is financial advice. Automatic capture can miss a payment, record one twice, or file it under the wrong heading — so check what it records, and treat your bank's own statement as the authoritative one.
